dont quote me on this but i think it is just different plastics and thats all but if I am wrong let me know

Also, its either the SE or LE (don't remember which they call it) has a different type of paint.
The 2004's seem to lose the "gold" paint rather quickly, at least off of the bottom of the A-arms.
My friends black (LE?) looks like it has had the paint sandblasted off of the A-arms/Bumper, whereas mine has more hours on it and looks (in these areas) like new still.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
