thats crazy you would need a 9foot wheelie bar to keep it on the ground and for an extra grand you can buy wings so you can really fly. lol

that is what its made for though. You dont watch a top fueler go down the track and say "oh thats a bomb...blah blah blah" because that is what the motor is engineered to do.

theres a guy out of casper wy. that runs his asphalt sled at our track, hes got a 1400 hooper cat,its claimed to have around 315hp,runs 8.98 @ 148mph 1/4 mile @ around 4200ft corrected, hes ran as fast as 150mph on other tracks
it runs three 52mm carbs fed by a holly blue pump, and is the division 6 sled points champ

IF they get it to work then yes it will be over 400 but for now the most hp out of a sled motor is 450 give or take a few. I thought we were talking about sled motors in a quad frame how do you think you would fit that in a banshee?

in 2000 i did one in a shee frame. it was a polaris 800 twin it took a lot of work to set up a jackshaft and engine alignmet to make it fit. if it was me id fine a zilla or polaris frame they have a litte more room

Ok maybe you dont understand me it clearly says that the motor makes 750 hp. Its a 6 cylinder 3200cc Thats about 230hp per 1000 ccs not hard most builders make that power. The motors are made by Union bay racing. Heck there are mono block 4 cylinders that are making 450hp. Duck It already works it got the world record. As for hoopers 1400 thats realistic 315hp our 1400 on or race team is right at 320. Heck PSI is making a 1800 that is only a few more hp than the hooper 1400.

It isnt even worth talking about. I was just saying that there are motors out there that are maiking alot more power just in different industries
