After the mods and fine tuning the shee has ran great with no problems. Then it suddenly lost spark, I have replaced the CDI with on from pro com,new stator and flywheel from ricky stator and a coil off an 02 and still no spark, i have been over this thing 10 times now and still cant see why it dont have spark.

Any ideas on something i'm over looking?

It could be the spark plug caps.... The caps on the end of the wire is a resistor type of cap..... Take an ohm-meter and check the resistance between the cap and the primary coil terminal....If the test indicates an open circuit, remove the caps and test again.... If there is continuity, then the problem is in the cap....

 

Take a close look at your wire harness also. I had an intermittent problem that I could not figure out. Ended up being a wire that was pinched between the tank and frame and gaping to the frame. The bike ran great without the tank on. Lots of things that can be overlooked with electrical; take your time.
