I was #6 on the list from a dealer in Mass. He called yesterday and I picked it up today. It looks real nice, I can't wait for the sun to rise...... I appreciate all of the informative posts that appear in this forum, you guys make it easy to learn about new topics. Keep up the good work and have fun.

 

I can't believe people have already gotten #6 and #7 and I am #2 and still waiting. I should have bought it from a bigger dealer when I had the chance. I live in Oklahoma or I would go to Ohio and try and get some of that free flowing goose crap. This is killing me!

 

i just found out on sat that with the dealership i am going through that saia (trucking company)just started shipping it on saturday so hopefully i will have it any day now provided that they dont damage it in shipping although my friends at the dealership told me not to get my hopes up cause it can take them 7 to 10 days although they rarly see it take over about 3 days so i hope this info helps ya oh and ya might call your dealership to see if yamaha has released it to some trucking company yet oh and good luck and as i said before im also from oklahoma

 

Hey guys, hope you get it soon. The anticipation about killed me also. Mine was the first and only one in at Maxey's. As of last week, they still hadn't seen the second.

There were about 10-12 Raptors riding at Little Sahara on Sept. 30.

 

Tell me about it, I was number 3 now I'm 2, and the dealer got his first one over 6 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. This dealer is in Ohio! But he knows that the dealer in Cleveland got 12 already, how does that make any sense? My dealer has been a Yamaha dealer for 15 years, and sells everything the make, Sleds, Quads, Dirt Bikes, Generators, goose crap........the list goes on and on.

I just hope that when I get back from Talladega this next week, that I have a Shiny new Raptor waiting for me, Dealer says that Yamaha told him "October" is when he'll get his next shipment. Not any perticular week or day, just the month.

But I think Honda, Polaris, Artic Cat (Well maybe not Artic Cat) all have the same problem with new quads, sleds, jetskis', and lawn mowers, we are just on the wrong side of the planet.

 

Just got mine today and WOW!!! this thing is awesome!!!
I was 7th and moved up to 5th.
I asked the dealer why some places are having a hard time getting them in and he said that the multi dealers might not be allocated as many as an exclusive yamaha dealer.

 

I called Maxey's and they got a blue one in today. They said it wasn't sold yet and no one had a deposit down. They wanted 6900 something. I called some of the other dealers and they didn't know anything. Maybe they are coming in.

 

 

I just got my yesterday. It was the 3rd out of the 5 that the dealer was aloted for this year. I was number 4 but the guy in front of me couldn't get financing, so I got his machine and its black and white just like I wanted. Everyone in front of me wanted the same color and I figured I had no chance.

well my friends at A&A called yamaha and thier rep said it should arive in atlanta on oct 16 and well from there saia is picking up the load and delivering it so i should have it by the monday after the 16th hopefully if there are no shipping acidents have you had any other word on yours dc4ou
