the 05 are faster than the 02-04. cause they geared um different and put bigger carb and stuff

 

If you are talking about 05 Raptors. The only things changed on the raptor since 2001 from 2005 is the graphics kit and other little things such as handle bars and so. In 2001 most of but not all the raptors had tranny problems those were fixed in 02. Their have been no mods made to the Raptor to make it go any faster since it came out. The Raptor has had the same 660cc, 4-Stroke Single Cyclinder, Liquid Cooled w/ Fan, 5-Valve SOHC, and the same Dual Mikuni 33mm BSR carbz since 01.
