Future Blaster/Banshee
By now we all know 2strokes will soon be no more ,what do you think will happen to the blaster and banshee ? what do you want to happen ? i think it would be cool if yamaha put the DOHC yz250f dirtbike motor on the blaster and a predator style DOHC 500cc motor on the banshee ...any opinions?

I used to think that would be cool if they did that, but a blasty frame wouldn't work well with the power from a 250f. I don't think either would sell with a thumper motor, they might as well come out with something completely new if they want to fill it's spot. IMO

yeah it would be a shame to put a 4 stroke in a banshee. it wouldnt be worthy of the banshee title unti it has been around as long as the banshee and has been just as popular yamaha needs to com up with two untirly different bikes with 4 strokes

what i think yamaha should do is a bigger bore 4x4, wolverine w/ a yfz 450 engine 4x4, light weight fast 250 manual, and to do more with there LE editions lik with there snowmoblies like fox shocks and factory aftermarket exhausts
