Default Raptor 80 Problem..help!

I bought this quad last spring. Even at the dealer, he noted that it was "coldblooded." He was right. The thing is on choke for a long time before it will run without the choke on. Any ideas? Any help would be great. Thanks for your time. Good day.

The idle screw is almost all the way in, just to keep it running.
