Default Raptor Problem

I just rebelt the motor on my 04 Raptor 660. I board it to a 686 with wisco high compression piston and stage one hot cam. I have LTE pipes, k&n filter, and it is jetted. Sence i rebilt the motor it has a problem starting when it gets hot. If im playing around cutting donuts or climbing hills and then cutt it off it dont wont to crank back up hardly. When it dose it spits and sputters for a min then clears up. If i ride it normal it is ok. Like i said it is just if im on it real hard and then cutt it off it dose this. Thanks for any held i can get.

The jetting could be off, maybe. Did you do anything to improve your cooling system? If it's getting real hot, you're going to have problems regardless, especially doing donuts and shooting hills and stalling it.

727raptor-I am using 175-180 mikuni main jets with my raptor and they work very well with my LTE duals.I thought i would let you know what i use because i was jetted way too rich at 190-195 and the 175-180 are just right for me at sea level.I am not sure if what you describe sounds like a jetting issue but you should find out what jets you have in since it can greatly effect performance and can cause major problems if you are running lean enough to cause overheating.
