Default raptor clutch opinion

Hey, my clutch is starting to slip on my raptor, when i pop the clutch it doesnt fully grab and its slipping.. so i was looking for a decent clutch. i dont need the best one, i just want one that disengages and engages fully.. lol. so, i was looking at the Tusk kit, its only 40$ and comes with all the plates and EBC springs... is the tusk a decent clutch? thanks for the help in advance!

For a basically stock bike like yours its probably fine, but dont expect it to do as well as other kits will when you drop the clutch or last as long.

thanks for the help, what do you mean when drop the clutch? do u mean like when i drop it, it will slip a little bit? because right now when i try to pop it in 2ed to wheelie, it revvvs out then comes back and grabs... like if im crussin in 5th, and i pop the clutch, it will revvv then slowly come back and grab.. this isnt normal right?

Dont be cheap man, you will regret it. Get a GYTR kit! When my clutch was slipping, I got the EBC springs and I got a couple more months out of the clutch.

If you are popping the clutch in 5th I dont think you're going anywhere. Popping the clutch is when you rev up the engine then completely let go of the clutch lever instantly from a fully pulled in position, which is what people typically do when drag racing or getting a holeshot. Most bikes need extra power and/or higher gearing to completely drop the clutch in 2nd gear.

i've had every clutch available for the raptor in my bike, hands down the gyt-r is the best clutch available for the raptor.
