Good price or not???? Help...

I know nothing about paddle tires for the most part... Would 400$ for a set of super light 25/12/9 14 paddle skat trak extreme's mounted on wheels be a good price?

Thats a helluva lot of tire for the girl.
Jim's sand toys has that tire listed for 364, but I'm not sure if its an ultralight or not. 400 bucks laid in would be a decent price, but you may be able to save another few bucks here or there.

LOL Getting tired of not hooking up! By golly if that don't do it then I give up!
I just spoke with Jim, and his are the super lights and they are on rims. He won't have any in stock until the week of the 13th, and they are a larger roll out. Would a 77-79 roll out vs a 80-82 roll out be worth 50$ difference?

I would think that with the 25" tire you would have all of the roll-out you need and the extra couple of inches wouldnt produce a dramatic improvement in 300'. Then again, when you are already spending 350 bucks on paddles, whats 50 more?
How are the track conditions? Would paddla brats work?

The track is dirt that has sand on it then tilled up... makes a very loose track.
The 77-79 tires are the ones that are more and the 80-82 are 50$ less.
I may sound stupid here but what are paddle brats? Paddle tires are new to me... I live in WV there is not dunes to ride on around here LOL!

i have no clue about sand tires or the price, but we run holeshots on our sport bikes and mud tires on our 4x4s and the best place to get tires for a good price is www.laramp.net call them and ask for keith hes the owner. just tell him you know max and danny thomas and he will cut you a heck of a deal. he cust us and our buddys deals because we have bought so many sets from him. just tell him you ride with us , i mean act like you know us. hes a real nice guy and if you find them cheaper somewhere he will beat their price! thats www.laramp.net
