i have a 04 Raptor 660 with a stage one hot cam, a WRP full exhaust, K&N, and a 14 tooth sprocket how and the hell can i make it even faster without engion work

 

WRP exhaust? Not sure I've heard of that one. Better exhaust would be a start, as would better tires for your application and proper gearing. Eliminate your airbox, get bigger, individual filters, get a better carb setup, shave weight from the bike, shave weight from the rider and when you think you've done all you can do, start finding ways to sabotage your buddies.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Change the rear gear also. Lose some weight(the quad that is). Get ride of the airbox and run it just open element filter. New carb. Nitrous???

What Rear gear do you think i should use

 

You as faster, you mean faster accelaration or faster top speed. I figure top becuaes you have a 14T already. I'm not sure what combo you should go with but I know less teeth is faster top speed and more is more accleration.

and get rid of that damn 14t go back to the 13, if your going to change sprocket do the rear. what tire size are you running. if you want to see the airbox and filters mods, view my pics(2). a set of fcr's carbs $900 will pick you up some more power. and if you want to start shaving pounds off your bike, plan on shaving a lot of $$ out of your wallet, to lighten a bike is my no means cheap. cheapest upgrade would be switch to a 01 subframe to start.
why did you go into your engine and put the stage one in and no port and polish your head....BIG MISTAKE

i've said this time and time again, a raptor is going to get all of its power from a high quailty head job.

hands down the the biggest increase in power your going to get from that bike is a port and polish $400.
but you wont even reach any of the items listed above potential with that pipe...?????

 

hey I can't take my air box out i ride in way to much water and i ride in wet codishions alot and will hurt the reliabilty is i get it port and pollished

 

jay whats the deal with the exhaust, and i didnt say get an airbox elimination kit, just remove your airbox lid it will be sufficient. and no a port head isnt going to hurt your reliablity any more than that cam you dropped in their would.

 

i bought it off a friend and is a european company the mainly make streetbike exhaust but the say is there race exhaust i would like to get a gradon or yoshamera but i have to sell mine befor i do that
