Default raptor help

I have an 04 raptor. I put on an ehs air box lid, a yoshi full exhaust, and jetted it to 160/155 or 165/160 I do not remember which. I have have my carbs looked at because my cylinder keeps flooding unless I turn the gas off when I stop. We have checked the floats and all the jets, everything looks ok. My next problem is that my pipes glow red if I am running to long. Can some one plese help my out here, dealership wants a lot of money to look at it.

Do you mean gas is running out of the overflow when you stop? If that is the case, take your bowls off, get some carb cleaner, and clean everything real good. Chances are you have a piece of dirt or something in there that is holding the plunger open allowing gas to keep flowing. If your pipes are glowing, try goin up a few jet sizes. I have a full LRD exhaust and a K&N proflow and I am running 170 Left carb/175 Right carb. Those are Dyno Jet jets with LRD needles. Do you have DJ jets or mikunis? and what needles are you running? If you have a DJ jet kit, I would try 160/165. Mikuni jets are different, maybe someone else can chime in a give you some more advice.

No it runs into the cylinder, not into the overflow an out and down the tube. I have taken the bowls apart many times to see if there is any dirt holding the float open. The jets are from dyno jet.
I still have the stock needle in. Could that be the problem.

Don't know of anything off hand that would cause that but yes, I would stick with either one or the other and not mix match needles and jets.

Hmm, some people I think might interchange the needles and jets, but I would use aftermarket needles with aftermarket jets. Running into the cylinder, that doesn't make sense. If it does this while the bike is running it would cause it to rev high or flood it and it would die. And I don't see how it could do this with the bike off because it all works on a vaccum system, right? Maybe I am wrong. What tells you gas is leaking into the cylinder? Hopefully someone can help you out, I am totally confused now.
