Default Raptor footpegs

Well I am getting tired of this multi-link crap shifting. I have a direct link shifter, but I don't like it, it is awkward to shift. I was looking, and it seems if I could lower the foot pegs, my direct link would be more user friendly. Cuz then my foot and the shifter would pivot at the same level, instead having my foot a few inches higher then the shifter. Know what I mena? Well even if you don't, don't worry. I am trying to find some pegs that are lower than stock, anyone know where I could find some? Thanks.

ever try adjusting the linkage to make the shifter sit a little lower or higher?

Well rookie you could throw out the cash and get the IMS race pegs for the raptor, They drop the pegs 1" and move them back 1" They'll set ya back around 240 bucks.... their real nice i have them on my raptor,

The reason I don't like the linkage is because the shifter is bending and the shifts are getting sloppy. I think it is getting weaker from use, so I want to use my direct link cuz it is stronger. I have my eye on these. Are the pegs lower with this setup? I asked the seller, so hopefully I will get an answer from them soon.

I rode my friends YFZ with the Pro peg nerfs, and they had footpegs, but they were wide, and from what I can say they suck, don't get the wider ones becuase you can't rotate your shoe (in the middle of the soul, you know what I mean?) on the peg in order to get under to shift, and its not as good of a grip in my opinion.

And ya the raptor tranny shifts sloppy from the start, its by far the worst i have riden. The YFZ and DVX400 are so smooth you bearly know you shift after you ride a raptor.

But hell I wouldn't see my rappy for anything.

a friend of mine has AC pro nerfs and it was alot easier to shift with my mx boots. another friend doesnt have pegs and its harder to shift on his raptor. not sure if the AC pro nerfs are designed to be lower, but it made it alot more comfy for me. i plan to get a set for my atv soon so i can ride with my boots easier
