I would say 400 ex too the power is so mellow and come on easy not so hard like the 660 much less the banshee i couldnt see me wheeling a banshee the power comes on way to hard but i think its more of how good the rider is because i can ride a wheelie on my 350 as far as i please it balances verry well once u get the feel for it takes a lil whille to figure out when the power comes and goes.

The 400ex is probably the best wheelie quad.. but i cant believe no one has said how easy tha blaster is to wheelie, i mean all u gotta do is sit back and let her rip!

400ex- balances perfect and mellow power
Z400- great balance point, good power for wheelies
300ex- pretty much just like the 400ex
450R- pretty good balace point, smooth enough power
raptor- wheelies off pure torque, balance point not AS good
yfz- center of gravity is too low, bad balance point, plenty of power to get it up, just not easy to keep it there (like the raptor kinda)
blaster- i dont think 2 strokes wheelie as well but its very possable, power delivery makes it hard
Z250/ 250ex- good power and good balance point
banshee- untamable powerband makes it hard to keep wheelies going and balanced IMO. 2 stokes want to keep accelerating... you know what i mean 2 stoke guys.
warrior- pretty good as well
you can wheelie any quad just as well as the person next to you, just takes a lot of practice. 400ex or maybe the Z400 is the best tho.400ex is the easiest to balance out and keep it there. raptor is probably one of the easiest to get it up. all the atc's wheelie really well cuz they have a light front end. longer wheelbase makes it harder to wheelie (ie. swingarms...) taller quads are also easier to wheelie. well, thats what i think about it. there you go...
