well around here the grizzly is the most expensive quad out there.
and as for going back to my kawi home.
what are you trying to say that im not alowed to talk on this forum.
if that was the case i wouldent be bothering you now would i.
so grin a bare it.
and if you want to talk about yamahas on the kawi forum feel free.
but i doubt you will have anything to say there.
because the 660 is probly your first quad and thats all you know.
so dont get mad get glad.

6200 OTD is too much. They can easily be had for 5999 or less.
As far as dependability... I have had NO issues that would have left me in the woods. The most common problems are over heating and broken axles. Neither of which will leave you stranded.
I wouldn't think twice about going out on a 50 mile ride alone. I have faith in my Yamaha's. You take care of them, they'll take care of you.
That pretty much goes for any new ATV

Thanks for all the replies....got to try out both a Grizzly ( for only about 15 minutes on a trail) and a Vinson ( all day on a trail ). Grizzly has an awsome ride...never got to try it in the mud though. Vinson much rougher riding than Grizz but very stable, Just gotta decide between the two....
Canadian Prices where I live are...
2005 Grizzly......$10,100
Winch................$ 100
SubTotal............$10,200
15% Tax............$ 1,530
Total..................$11,730
or I can get a 5 speed Vinson for this much
2005 Vinson......$ 7,900
Winch................$ 0
SubTotal............$ 7,900
15% Tax............$ 1,185
Total..................$ 9,085
With the Vinson I can still afford to buy trailers, tires, and lots of other goodies....etc, etc ,etc

you're right for the 2K you will save you can buy some other stuff but for the extra 2K you'd be buying a more powerful bike.....if you go with the Grizz you won't regret it.....i've never rode a Vinson so dunno about them....
