raptor 660r Splitfire plug?
Hey guys,
I'm new here. I have a 2001 yamaha Raptor. It has a k & n airfilter and a stage 2 dyno jet kit. I was wondering what model splitfire plug could i run in this quad? btw forgot to mention that the spark arrestor has been removed from the pipe, but I am currently running a stock pipe.
Any tricks of the trade to speed it up would be appreciated also.
I have a buddy who has a 2005 honda 450 r with a stage 2 powerup kit with "cam" etc that blows the doors off me.... any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
Hopalong

well a pipe would do your rappy good thet really get a good boost with a complete pipe. The 450's are super fast man u need a few bigger mods to beat him but if u want to stay arouond him u could do airbox mods like the pro design intake and take the lid off. Get a good pipe and i think if u drop a tooth on the front sprocket u will run closer but that will take about 5mph off top speed. U could prolly get some tires to your prolly spinnin em pretty bad if u have the stock ones from 2001. I would sugest the holeshot xcr's in 20in size... ive heard good stuff about those tires. Good luck man
