Banshee Trail ridding
#1
I was wonder if someone out there could help me. I own a 98 Banshee and us it for trail ridding and love it. But I was wondering if anyone could recomend diffent tires? Something to get the rear axle off the ground but not so tall to screw up the good handling and low center of gravity.
Thanks

I have 22" Bearclaws and they work great. I hardly get stuck, and, believe it or not, I can go through mud holes some 4x4s can't go (with stock tires though). But Where I live it's full of sand (hard sand, not dunes) and mud when it rains. If you consider riding in some muddy places, change your air filter (to a proflow) and get Bearclaws. They work great.

The banshee will handle 22" fine take your pick depending on where you ride...Lots of mud try the bearclaws or sure-traks,not much good on hardpack though.A good middle of the road tire is the all-trak decent in mud and hardpack.
For pure hardpack you can't beat holeshots or razrs.
I ran 22x11x10 all-traks for 2 years. Now I run mostly razr's except in the spring I have a set of sure traks for the really muddy days.
