I don't know for a blaster, but on my banshee, I have 22" bearclaws, and they really works great.

I like the Sur Tracs better then the Bearclaws...the center bar is twice the size and gives that little extra bite in the loose stuff, also the Sur tracs are dual directional....turn them around and there great in the sand and snow..

I saw a quad with Sur Traks and they didn't convince, their self cleaning power seems more limited than the bearclaws. What must be known is that the surtraks were on a honda 300 utility, and I think it's got less power to spin the wheels than my banshee...

I would look at some wooly booger tires. They are great in the mud but they gave me extra traction in all circumstances. They are a flat profile tire that will add great stability especially in off cambers. They are a light tire compared to the Bear claws and Blackwaters but are either 4 or 6 ply rated, so they are stiff and wear great.

Zorro Yes I would agree about the self cleaning if the Sur Tracs were on a 300 Honda...I have 25-8-12 and 25-10-12's on my Wolverine and I don't seem to have a problem with then and there cleaning ability...One friend of mine had Bearclaws on his Wolverine and he had alittle trouble in mud...I've had the Sur Tracs on my quad for three years now and somewhere around 1500 miles on them and there still like new...Must be a tough tire compound and not a single flat...I run 5psi in the tires at all times and that gives them a crown and makes them easier to handle at high speeds...The other thing I like about them is they dual directional ...

I had Vipers on my old Blaster....they seemed to work good in both mud and snow. The only times I really got stuck was when I'd get hung up on the Blasters whopping 2 inches of ground clearance...just kidding. Good luck finding the right ones.
