Would it be possible?!!?(need expert help)

OK i'm not an expert so bare with me. Would it be possible to take a "clutch plate" i think they're called, and add a 6th gear to the 660R raptor? I've looked all over and cannot find a mod for adding more gears. I have the perfect raptor i just need another gear. ANY HELP/IDEAS/ANYTHING WELL APPRECIATED

Why would you want a 6th gear, I haven't heard of anyone doing it, but I bet it's possible. Wouldn't you have to change the whole tranny for one more gear? You could change the gearing, to make your gears shorter or higher, but I don't have a clue about adding one more ear.

Well, i'm into custom quads and being different. I've got orange plastics, dual exhaust, custom wheelie bar(haha) things that u don't find on many raptors. I got beat by a buddy of mines yfz the other day and was p!ssed, and I was thinking that if i had another gear I would've been able to take him in the longrun. Plus its different, i myself have never heard of it. Just an idea i had and would like to fufill. If anyone knows of any such thing please let me know haha. I want a 6th gear!!!

The primary and secondary drives won't laterally facilitate another gear cut (or cast if oem) to the standard dimensions of the existing gear set without serious case mods, casting a new fork guide (drum), forks and so on. Personally, I run cut forged gears (versus cast-which is prone to breakage) with custom ratios in second thru fourth. If you believe the ratios aren't set right to get the speed or acceleration you want, then look at the final drive. Be ready to make sacrifices in acceleration or top speed depending on what power you're extracting from the motor (I assume it's built if it has wheelie bars). Also, a Raptor has a lot going against it in a straight out street fight with a YFZ, but it can be done. With the right mods, any Rappie will crush a YFZ in a short run or long distance. But, how far are you willing to go in mods? You can get HP easily, but then you have to get it to the ground via proper torque application, suspension and geometry set up. Without knowing how your Rappie is currently set up, I don't know what to suggest. Good luck, though.
