Default Free Mods

What free mods can I do to my 2004 Yamaha Grizzly 660 to make it perform better?

take the baffel out, and take the airbox lid off and rejet it thats all i can think of

yea well rejeting it isnt free and your really not gonna find any good performance mods for free other than takin the bafffel out of the exhaust.. if u take the lid off the airbox u run the risk of getting water in there and other stuff. You will need to pay money for jets also if u take your lid off cause you will need to jet it to get performance out of taking the lid off.

we took the tail pipe out of 3 bolt flange on back of muffler and welded in a 1 and 3/4 pipe it is a little shorter then the spark arester

we also drilled 8....1/2 inch holes in the baffle plate [its about half way down inside of muffler] this makes it a little louder

i can now pull the front wheels up with 27 inch mud lites we use low range two wheel drive. it would not come up before

you will need a longer drill bit to drill the holes.
