looking at a 350 Wolverine - is everyone happy with them?
Hello,
I currently have a 350 warrior. I like it and it has enough power for me. I dont do much real fast riding and like the performance of it so far.
A few months ago, my wife tried it out and really liked it. So now i am looking at the Wolverine 350 4x4 for me. I do most of my riding around my neighbor hood where there are a lot of rocks. I am curently using my Warrior to ride, but would really prefer a 4x4.
I dont need a lot of power and wont be using it for any real utility, do you think that the 350 Wolverine 4x4 will have enough power for me?
I know this is all a personal opionin, but I have not riden the Wolverine, so I am trying to get an understanding of how difference in power and performance the 4x4 will be compared to the warroir.
and also if there are any issues with the 350 that I should know about.
Any feedback would be helpful.
Thank you.

I love my Wolverine. Fits my riding style perfectly. Relatively light, agile, decently powered. Mine does 58 mph according to my GPS, fast enough for weaving thru the trees. Definately get the 424 if you purchase a Wolverine, it really lightens the steering and adds a sportier feel when you don't need 4wd. Wolverines are a proven design and near bulletproof. I definately have no regrets getting one...

It all depends on who you ride with. If your warrior is a comparable quad to theirs right now, then yes you'll be happy with a wolverine.
I ride with 500cc-700cc quads, and my little 350cc wolvie is way outclassed among those big boys.
But regardless, I love the shaft drive on my wolvie. I don't have to worry about lubing up the chain and tightening it all the time. Just hop on and go! And like other people said, the warn 424 will make your wolverine feel much MUCH sportier than before. If I were you, I'd get the warn 424 installed within a few days of purchasing a wolvie: It's that much of a necessity!

a few more questions..
Are the frames of the Warrior and Wolverine the same size? I am 6'3" and have long legs. I like the size of my warrior, but dont want to be all bunched up on a wolverine f the frame is smaller.
Also,
Has anyone heard of a special edition wolverine? What are the specs on that?
Thanks.
