rapy shee trade
#1
long story behind this but my friend traded another friend his rapy (full LRD pipes, filter, +2 a arms, skids, nerfs) for a moderatly modified but kinda beat up banshee. after the trade, about a month later, the shee blew up (yes into flames and all). He just spent 1500 to have it rebuilt (good shop). Now he wants to trade back. I rahter have the rapy but there is one new problem. My friend forgot to get the title for the rapy when they traded......(we can still get it with a lttile efort)
anyways what would u rather have
the shee has entire new motor. bored to a 410, rebuilt tranny, new bottom end and top. It was also rewired, new plastics, and a bunch of small shyt

i would definatly take the banshee, but there is another issue here, your two freinds are in some sort of conflict? Its not your freind(lets call him tom) who traded his banshee to(lets say harry) for his raptor, that the banshee blew up in flames. Harry should have looked over the whole thing, and even brand new banshee's aren't warrantied. So lets say harry wants his raptor back, because of a freak accident with his new banshee that was once owned by tom. He has a pretty solid bike now(if modderatly modified banshees are piped, jetted, new top end, jets, and a filter), that should smoke the raptor(don't get upset raptor guys, but it should if ridden correctly). Its like trading lets say silver for copper(mod for mod). Not only that, but tom doesn't want to give up the raptor for the banshee, which was a fare traid, their both freinds, they both know about each others bikes. The thing that a freind would do, is hand over the title to the raptor, not say, give me back my raptor, i still have the title, its legally mine, and take the banshee(which had its issues, and knowing banshees, will have more, less severe though hopefully) like a man. Your freind harry is what we all know as, well, someone who gives something in trade, then wants it back later on when it doesn't work out for them, also known as a ______ giver. Unless there is some other circumstance that we do not know about, tell your pal harry to man up, and stop whining.
and are you sure its a 410? try this, bore x bore x stroke x # of cylinders x .7854(coefficient of volume)

oh im sorry i called him up and said it is a 400
my friiend with the rapy now also has a yfz.....so the rapy is really just sitting there bc he only rides the yfz
the kid with the banshee now has a cr125 which is what he mostly rides (probly bc the banshee was in the shop)
the banshee has never been ridden by the kid since he got it back from the guy besides for one trip around his back yard. The one with the banshee says "i cant handle it, the rapy is a lot ezier in the turns and shyt, this banshee wants to throw me off everytime i go half throttle"
now the more i think of it i want the banshee lol
i think the one with the rapy now should get the shee back.......he got a free $1500 outa the deal!!!! and he was never down a ride
