i had to trim my rear fenders just a little bit when i went to the 27" tires, and i used a jig saw with a fine tooth blade, and just eased the edges with a fine file

THE dremel works good but i found that a Roto-zip saw is fast and clean.

Some people put steak sauce on the fenders, and eat them off. Red fender tastes best I hear.
