Default Elkas Works TCS

I am the pround owner of a 2005 raptor 660. I ride desert and have for the last 25 years. The front shocks leave allot to be desired. Elkas, Works, TCS, triple rate non rezzie's . Everyone has an opinion, what is the overwhealing choice ? I'm ready to buy !!

Thanks,

It depends out of the three you listed I would Definatly say Elka. Elka though is more for trail rideing i find when i ride with them though. Axis would be your best choice for dunes.

they are all good shocks. check on the warranty as this is a good sign of service and quality. i believe last time i checked elka offered to replace any broken shock no matter how it was damaged....aslong as it was not intentional...or atleast doesnt appear to be that way.

The Elka shocks are the way to go if you got the cash

TCS should be a bit cheaper...I've been running TCS on my last two quads and havn't had any issues

If you're on a budget Works will do just fine. If money isn't a concern I'd go with the Elkas. JMO

elka's are for trail ridding?
you obviously have NO clue what elkas are......
I have them on my MX quad........and they are BY FAR better than my previous axis and peps..........and works are a joke for anything more than trails......

I have the custom axis shocks and they are great but I'm not waiting for a month to get some service. Elka makes a great shock and has great turnaound time for customer services needs. TCS is a good upgrade from the stock shock system but is not held in high regard as Elka for performance, I personally have not tested TCS so I could be talking out my A$$.
