Hey corona check into a full pipe system, and a high compression kit. Then do the old cam mod. I don't know about speed but you'll hang with the bike till it gets really wound out. I've seen a lesser modded one run with a yz400f. Even for top speed. For 700 dollars you can go from about 35-36h.p. to about 55. Just with those mods. Yfzrydermace's yfz is pushing around 45 hp with just the cam mod and a slip on pipe.

I would agree with 660Ryder if $700 is your budget. If you were to trade in or buy a new bike you would spend at least a grand or more out of pocket to purchase something different.

Uhhhh....I think your wrong on the HP gain for these mods. Yfz stock is about 41-43 HP. Full pipe sys gives you about a 4 HP gain and the high comp piston gives mabey 1 or 2 HP. Pull the lid, rejet, change out CDI box and cam mod (which don't add HP) and you might reach 47-49 HP.
Believe it or not......all the research says race fuel gives you about 2 HP gain (specifically VP Ultimate 4) .....which.... if you go to a high comp piston (13:1) you should be using anyway.
