there for a few reasons 1 is it u slip off ur foot peg the nerf bar is there 2 catch ur foot also couls save u form a broken leg

Hey guys, quit bein @$$holes... maybe hes just a new rider... give him a break...
Nerf bars are additional guards that keep your feet from going over the footpeg and getting dragged under the back tires... i've had bad experiences that made me get nerf bars... hair no longer grows good on the back of my right leg... since the skin was basically ripped off...

raptorrider660: sounds like you were makin fun of him to me. might be new, give him some slack. not everyone comes from the mothers whoome knowing what nerf bars are for.

and yeah, the nerfs would have helped my leg from getting sucked under the pag and caught between the tire and fender and burning it down to meat on my leg. nearly tore my nuts off too on the seat.

nerf bars are a great add-on for any kind of riding you do.
