the warrior and the banshee are way to different bikes warrior is alot of fun and reliable but doesnt have that much power banshee is fun really fast not so reliable and is a 2-stroke with alot stronger of a powerband then a blaster

I say a kfx/z/dvx 400 or 400ex would be perfect fit for a 14 year old coming from a blaster.

Well, trail riding is we (my father and i) do also. I am happy with my rappy now, but when i was 15 it was alot to handle, with its speed and tippiness. I say get him the z/kfx now and you can always throw a pipe and some little doodads to get some more power when he starts to get bored with it.
By the way i am 19 now, and i sold my first rappy for a 400EX, and got my new rappy when i turned 17. If any of this helps.
