700 owners; what is your GPS saying on top speed on your bike? Is this the biggest, baddest bike on the market or what? Tell the truth without all the hype.....

 

Pretty sure it will be geared to 75mph and not any higher....like every other comes stock, not to say it couldnt pull 80+mph but i dont think it will be geared that high.

 

I havent got a speed on mine yet, but it alls, I have a white 06 700r and my bro has a 05 660, i say its worth the price increase

 

Although everyone is saying so, I just find it hard to believe that a stock 700R can be faster than a piped/jetted 660. I could just as well be wrong and if I am that's one badass stock quad. I wouldnt think for a second my rappy would beat a 700. Its a bigger bore 27cc's in fact.

 

its bored out to a 686 w/ efi and higher comp. piston, i wouldnt doubt that it would be most piped/jetted 660r's. but i would like to see how different pipes on the 660's do against a 700.

 

My buddy said he just ordered a 700 from some place in Michigan(Towsley??) If he did then I will be able to give you guys some feedback after Pismo for Labor Day.

To beat a 700R with a 660, the 660 will need to be piped,jetted, and have an airbox mod, and a good rider. That may still not even be enough unless the kid on the 700 is a moron. You may need to dig into the motor.

 

if im correct they didnt bore the engine but rather make a new complete design
