Default fuel injection

Does removing the baffal and the screen out of the pipe affect the way fuel injection works. Will the bike be ok as far as not hurting the motor?

Yamahas new EFI is a learning system it will adjust to the changes you make. However I have heard if you do a serious overhaul like a larger piston porting and polishing you may have to get larger injectors. But thats all hear say.
