Sounds like a cilanoid problem. Pop your seat and push down on some of the connections around the battery. Find what is clicking and push down on it, make sure everything is tightly screwed. My 660 did the same thing and it turned out my pos. cable came loose on my battery.

If it wont start...how do you know theres a miss?
Anyway, if cleaning the battery terminals doesnt work.... have the battery load tested, its probably a marginal battery.
If the idle is poor...it could be lots of things. Start with cleaning and reoiling the air filter, and make sure the gas is fresh.

The misfiring and weird idling sounds like a problem I had with my warrior before, and it's doing it now again. Check the rubber manifold boot between the carb and the motor for cracks. I also have the problem with the clicking noise and no starting from the battery cables coming loose or getting corroded. Once you get the motor running try pushing the carb side to side, and up and down and see if it misfires or acts up worse from it being moved. If it does then you either have a crack in the manifold or it's not sealing up right at the ends. hope that helps
