Default water cooled Blaster?

I know the bottom end of the Blaster was at one time water cooled. I have found a European bike called the SDG200 which looks very similar to the Blaster motor. Does anyone know any more info on the SDG or has anyone succesfully water cooled a Blaster?

I have heard about this and wanted to do the same thing about 5 years ago. It will cost a lot of cash to get it to work, because you need to fab mounts. Somehow get the powervalve to work and not to mention try to find the cylinder and head.
