thinking about buying a some of those fox float air shox for my raptor for $300 from some dude brand new. would you buy them for that price and should i shell out the dough for them. i was thinking about dumping my raptor for 450 because the raptor doesnt handle that great. if i buy this shocks get the extended rear axle will the raptor come close to the handling of the 450 or should i not dump anymore dough into the raptor and just get the yfz 450.

mostly trail riding and a bit of sand dunes.

 

If you like the power and feel of the Raptor than you should check out those new Raptor 700's! They handle MUCH better than the old ones, thats forsure!

 

How big of a guy are you? I prefer the Raptor because I am not exactly a small guy. If you don't mind not having reverse and are not a big-galoot like me, you may like the 450. If you are a big-galoot, you would like the torque of the Raptor and its bigger feel.

 

Dump the 660 and buy a 700. Kind of like the best of both.
