I have a highly modified YZ250F (302 cc) that has a miss from about 5000 RPM to 10000 RPM. It seems to go away under a load and smooths out as it approaches max RPM. I know, just ride at WOT all of the time and it doesn't matter. But I want to fix it anyway. It has been to a couple of shops now and they seem to be baffled with this problem. I need to find a shop that really knows highly modified engines and has a dyno. Anybody out there had this problem or knows of a race shop in the Los Angeles or Ventura area?
