The 240 kit is a big bore kit which gives you an actual 235cc. The stroker kits come in +3mm and +4mm. The +4mm stroker crank makes your original 195cc Blaster into a 208. A lot of people put a 240 big bore kit together and are disappointed because they still have the stock Blaster breathing which is a very restrictive 26mm carb and tiny ports. Port work and carb/exhaust make tremendous gains on this little engine, that's the place to start unless you wanna toss out an extra $600+ just to see what happens.

I did notice a boost with the G3. Not as much as I was expecting, but the thing really seems to have a bunch more torque. It'll really hit it when you get on the throttle.

other things you can do that do not cost much and are often overlooked is taking off weight. Heal guards, parking brakes, skid plates(sand riders only), adding billet instead of the steal. All these things can add up to 30+ lbs on some bikes. My Banshee for example, the parking brake was 9lbs, skid plates were 7lbs, heal guards were 11lbs. Thats 27lbs right there. Not sure if the Blaster is the same weight wise but in the long run it adds up.

But for power, there is no replacement for displacement.
