Now dont forget to sue his parents or guardian for the damage to your quad in court.

well, they probably deserve a beatin too. How many times would it take causing them thousands of dollars in damage before they get the hint. Maybe just break the Mom's legs cause if you took out the Dad too it would be personal. If it's just the wife and kid he may be more likely to settle the situation to protect his family. Then he'd be the one beating the boy.
Feels good to vent like this, but now with the disclaimer I would not do this or recommend anyone to. Just in case your crazy enough to do something like this!!!

I have absolutly no sympathy. I would attach there wages as there was no insurance on the quad and it's totaled. Motor and some other things still good but not much. Also, there's also a way to keep them from getting there license back until debt is paid in full. Some may say the little bastards have suffered enough. But if it was my quad they could never suffer enough. If it's getting paid back in a timely manner, wait until it's paid off then put them back in critical. If it's not, then there's no time better than the present to put them back in critical. Then when they finally get the idea and pay it off you still get that one more time of critical to pay for your finance charges and your own pain and suffering. After that I guess just sending them to the emergency room every now and then would suffice.
sounds like a reasonable schedule

I think I will take a pic of their trucks and post them. These guys are always out at Dumont. Would be mighty nice to see them at comp one Saturday night. as far as sueing the parents, he is 19 and lives with his uncle. lol The uncle is the one that said the kid owned the quad. lmao thanks unc. I keep telling my wife that I can only hope he has some kind of internal bleeding. And yes I will see him around Im sure, either the neighborhood or the dunes.
Stay tuned for some pics. Maybe I can get one of him coming out of the house when I am taking pics of his truck. lmao

At 19 a good beating can do wonders. You see if he was a 47 yr old thief he'd be stuck in his ways and would not respond well to such behavior modification techniques. At 19 he may see the wrong of his ways, but only from a good beatin. Letting him know how much your feelings got hurt by his actions won't do didley squat which is all the court's gonna do. Actually, when some kid was stakin out my car (Most likely for audio) I made some calls and got his name and address. When I called him he was real cocky, but when I showed up on his lawn with my headlights in about 2 feet from his sliding doors in his living room he wasn't so cocky. In fact the funniest part was watching him crawl around on his hands and knees. He answered the phone after I threatened to let myself in. He was only 17, but it was still fun. Turns out that his Mother was away with my brother's landlord on vacation.

Glad you got your quad back, but I bet you wont lock it up through the rims again! 8 bolts, new tires, and they are gone!

you can bet its not locked up in the backyard again. In the trailer, all 4 wheels locked tongue removed and backed up to my house. If they can move my house without me knowin, they can have the thing! Only one thing sad about gettin it back, I had theft insurance and could smell the new bike already. Was just fightin over the 06 yfz and the new 700. lmao

Good thing you got it back. I am glad I live on a small Island with about 600 local people. AND nobody touches my quads with out asking. They dont even sit on it unless its my best friends. People around here know better.

Its almost worth buying a watch dog, rot, shepard or pit bull. I would love to see a rot tear a quad theif a new bung hole and rip his legs off. I would even pop the pop corn and watch. HAHA>

Yea it would suck for him if you found him at the dunes one night.
