Ive just built a new motor for my banshee
Its a 409 68mm bore standard stroke with power valve
It has a trex cool head im running 35mm micuni tm carbies
Ive put 400 main jets 35 piolet standard needles
Does this jetting sound correct
I do motard racing down under it goes off

 

Stock carbs? What does it run like? What is your elevation?

 

Did you get the 409 from L.A. Sleave?

 

According to his posts he's running 35mm Mikuni TM's, stock are 26mm Mikuni.

My sea elevation is about 100m above
Are they doing motard racing in america yet its
fresh in australia we have about 15 guys doing it 3/4 tar and1/4 dirt with table top and drop offs
DOing it for about 6 mths now but still riding alot at stocton dunes

 

Look at your plugs, thats the only way you will know. No one here can tell you for sure
