hiya, erm a mate of mine has a 4 stroke yz250 and i was thinking that these would be slower that the 2 stroke, but i surpose that they have more torque, anyway could a rapror [mine 660 05 stock] beat one in a drag race or not? i doubt it but i hought i better ask to make sure?

 

I bet it would be pretty close, but i think he would still beat you.

did you race that 250 yet, i have a mate who has a KTM 250 and wants to race for money (€1000)
im doing a good bit of reaserch before i humiliate myself haha

what are you gonna race him with. the ktm is a 2 stroke right. those things are so friggin fast, and to think there are 500cc two stroke dirtbikes and 650 4 srokes

 

I have raced a modified yz125 with my modded raptor and I won. The 250f should be semi comparable to the 125 two stroke. But my guess is that he will beat you based on the the fact the the bike is made for racing and your stock raptor isnt.

 

i think its a 2 stroke, 250 ktm, he is a pro rider too, i have a stock 03 rappy, i think ill have to throw a few mods on first or else ill have a 700 rappy by xmas, either way i dont think i will win

 

since it is not the two stroke, the you should be able to take him
