Default Getting Iron Range "RED" out of clothing?

Just washed my riding gear and they came out as dirty as they were before I washed them. We rode the iron range in Northern Minnesota. Has anyone found a good trick or tip for getting the "red" out of clothing?

For iron/rust spots, the product Whink works real good, don't know if you could mix up a soaking bucket and put the clothes in that, or find this stuff called Iron Out, it can be added to water softners to remove excess rust and iron deposites from them, should work to soak clothes in that. Were you in the Gilbert park where you got all "red" ? I always thought about going there, but have heard white plastic can also get that stain on them and is very hard to remove.
