Default raptor 350

is the raptor 350 a good quad like the suspension and stuff eventually i will like to make it a race quad im gonna do it over time so and what about the 430 poweroll kit is it good do you have to run a high octane fuel thanks for all ur help

haha i dunno if u wanna turn the rap 350 into a "race" machine it might come out to be the same price as the yfz

. . . Yea it will probably cost the same and the YFZ will perform better.

Maybe a KFX/Z400.

first off i know they will cost the same but i dont have the money for a yfz but by race bike i mean extended a arms axles pipe jets filter stuff like that small stuff not a full blown race bike just something thats fast and i can race my friends

You will not beat many of your friends. All of the 400cc class sport quads out there will easily outperform a raptor 350. You would be better off getting a Z400 if you are concerned about money up front.

Hes right too! Stock for stock 350 is way slower ...but thats what I started with ..its all I could afford at the time...But I dont regret it after the mods...Powrolls 430 kit has like 11:1 ..you could still run 93"pump" gas...and it has been very forgiving and reliable...But imagine what a yfz would be with a 730 kit....sob..sob..
