Kodiak vs. Big Bear
#22
I have been on both, and I now own a 2000 Kodiak 4x4. It is the best quad I've ever had...no problems after 7 mos. of hard riding.
The stories about the belts having a tendency to slip because of water is a myth. I've had mine in water up to the front racks..no problem. Both bikes are nice, but if your budget allows get the kodiak. It has a lot of nice features like auto tranny, water cooled, awesome engine braking, and nice suspension and steering.
