I have beefed up my Honda Fortrax 90 so much that it will beat any raptor out there. I had a drag race with my friend and he had a raptor and I left him in the dust. My biggest mod is a big bore kit that makes it 120 cc's. I rejetted the motor and added a White Brother's Pro Mag. I also added a bigger carburator that really helps the mid to top power. I think that the raptor met its match this time.

Guys, I think aar0's post was supossed to be taken as a joke. He was making a parody of all of this Raptor bashing and saying how "my quad can beat yours" stuff. If you can't tell that he is being sarcastic then, well, thats sad. I have to admit, it was kinda amusing.

Great post, aar0! I had a good laugh, and appreciate the point you made with humor, using parody.
As you've discovered, many Forum reader are, well, extremely LITERAL. I mean, they somehow don't appreciate "reduction to absurdity" as a tool in argument, or satire as humor.
"The Far Side" probably annoyed them; they "don't get" Saturday Night Live. For some, the jury may still be out on "The Three Stooges," too subtle for their taste.
I'm afraid that segment of the readership is lost to you forever, aar0; because, explaining a joke deflates its humor.
But, please, don't stop posting your send-ups! I appreciate irony and believe posts like yours serve a real purpose, keeping us from taking ATVs and ATVing too seriously. Surely, someone else agrees.

How come in the HaHaHonda forum you said you beat a Breeze? Do you know the difference between a Breeze and a Raptor? Did your sister mind you borrowing her quad?
