Default 350r wont start

I have a raptor 350 at the house and I went out to ride today and when I got halfway down the sreet it started sputtering then shut off. I pushed it back home and let it rest, I started it back up and it was running good out front so I went back down the road and the same thing happened. I drained the oil and put about 2 and half quarts in and I checked the spark plug. It will only start now if I choke it and then it only runs for about 30 seconds and durring that 30 sec. it seems to be reving high. I cant get it to start, what else should I do?

I dont think thats the problem because Ive had to fill it up a couple times in the last 2 weeks. My brothers friend just came over and fooled around with it and he says I need to clean the air filter and that he thinks the fuel line my be clogged.

definately sounds like clogged fuel line or carb is dirty inside.
