A buddy of mine put some (FMF Fatty's) on his Banshee and used the stock silencers...
He did have to cut and modify the silencers a bit to make them fit....
As for sound, well is was louder than stock but not much....

Get Toomey T5's and get the Hush Kit, it is a cannister that hooks up to the silencers and channels them into one large can that attaches to the rear grab bar, power levels are not affected, in fact, the bottom end is increased, and the dB output is 89, almost stock levels !! There is also the Dynoport, a 2 into 1 pipe that gives a big low end increase with little loss on top, and has a deeper, much quieter sound than most performance pipes.

I actually found that FMF Fatty's with stingers are fairly quiet for being aftermarket. I know the guy that put them on said it helped low end and it was pretty quiet when he had it w.f.o.

Yes the fatty's are suprisingly quiet and my cousin's bike has never even been asked to test his bike for noise. Rolls into silver lake which has a 94db limit without a second look, and he's even running the non-spark arrested Powercore silencers. We threw some cobra sparkys on there but only because we couldnt get the spark arrested turbine cores in time. FMF also sells a "Q" silencer for the shee that is guaranteed 96db with minmal power impact.
