what does a banshee boost bottle really do, how noticible is the difference, and is there a difference between the different brands???

 

iveheard that it doesnt do squat for performance and that it may help a little with throttle responce but i know that their supposed to balance out the pressure between the two carbs and trick them into thinking they have more air becuase it is stored in the bottle i guess you would call it.

 

the boost bottles are mostly for the extra bling factor. i took mine of cause i went with the single carb setup on my banshee.but if i went back to dual carbs id just run the balance tube instead of the bottle, less clutter also. no differnce in the brands besides how they look,id invest that money in a tors removal kit instead. i have 2 boost bottles lying around in my shed pm me if interested.

 

It is absolutely useless... Do not waste your money on one..

 

They give better snap in throttle, nothing for torque or HP but a crisper feel. For only $20-$30, they certainly dont hurt.

 

Do not put on a new boost bottle, all it will do for you is make it harder to reach your throttle cable
