man my warrior is starting to tick me off.every time i set it wet [like washing it off or riding threw deep water] the thing goes crazy.it starts and idles fine but when you go to give it gas it pops and will not rev up. i took all the connection and filled them with die electrica grease and sprayed some kind of spary that is souppose to repell water..but guess what no luck. i'm not sure what is getting wet but it is toward the back of the bike[cdi, relays, fuse].i'm running out of ideas on what to do.is there anyother sprays or anybody else have a idea..if you ask me it is a bad idea to have all those parts right by the back tire knowing every thing you hit is going to fly right on it.

Sounds to me like it is more in your carb/intake area. Is your filter getting excessively wet?? Is your carb vent tubes getting water in them? Sounds like your intake is sucking in water to me.....just a thought......

yeah well i was playing with the water hose trying to figure out the trouble and i sprayed down the hole front of the warrior hit the gas no problem but when i get around to the back thats when the trouble starts.like if i go out tommrow it will start and run fine[i hope, most of the time anyways] it's just something i need to fix but i'm having a hard time trying to find it.

if it still runs.......it is most likely not electrical.........and getting water in the fuel(or intake)....is exactly like what you are describing.

Had the same prob. man, its gotta be the intake boot...i'd say its loose and letting water in. mine would idle fine but when u went to rev it up it would cut out and pop and then start to die, try tightening up ur intake.

maybe i need to back up and punt,i'll have a look but it seems like it would not clear up if it was getting in with the gas but i will take a good look at it.

yeah it would......you aren't getting water in the gas tank(continous watered down gas)......you are just getting a little water in the intake......so it bogs down for a bit....then it should all of a sudden come back to life as the new fresh gas is injected.

I had the same problem with my Warrior and I found a crack in the intake manifold. Pull on the carb left, right and up and down and look for one.Maybe even take off the carb for a close look you may find one. Good luck.
