Guys I have a 03 raptor that I bought used. Have driven it a few times this summer with no problems but on the last trip out I noticed a very bad vibration. It comes on bad at about 1/4 throttle. I think a brg must be going out or the flywheel or something. Has anyone heard of a problem with the 660 motor doing this?? Thanks

 

I'm going to assume you checked all of the motor mounts and frame for loose bolts and fractures right? I'm not sure what might cause the flywheel to break, but I think its definately time to open her up and take a look. Could be a crank, rod, or piston problem as well. I woudlnt ride it any more until its fixed.

 

The bolts that hold the starter oneway to the flywheel have been known to come loose.
