Default Steering system ? on Raptor.

Was replacing the seals in the steering stem (upper towards handlebars) because had some play. Well I realized still has some play so I take the stem out going to replace lower bearing and seals. The bottom of the steering stem (shaft with splines) is bent and splines kinda messed up. Then I take the knuckle it sits in off and notice there is a spot where there are no splines. Is it me or are there supposed to be splines all the way around and the bottom of that shaft aint supposed to have a bend to it correct? Looks like I got another project to start and I don't even have the motor done yet DAMN.

I went to Riva to check prices and they don't even show the bearing and seals at the bottom of steering stem.
