Default Raptor Jetting!

Bike was already jetted when I bought it and I can't remember so.... I know left carb is leaner then the right carb but is the right carb 2 sizes or 1 size fatter then left? Looks like a 145,150. It is 150 for sure the other looks like 145. Pro Circuit T4 full exhaust, pro design with foam filter. Lid on. About 800ft. Stock pilots. Now I see why it was popping on deceleration. (stock pilots) What is the factory jetting?

My bike came came with 22.5 pilots, and I believe the mains were 145-150, and the needles on the third clip. when I put the intake and pipe on I went up to 27.5 pilots, 165-170 mains, and a dyno-jet needle.

Well 145, 150 couldn't be stock if the bike had the exhaust and such on it and is running those size jets then. Are you saying your bike came with that size jets stock? I need to know it the right one is 1 or 2 sizes larger so when I go to rejet.

well thats what mine came with stock, probably because we live at different elevations? the right carb is one size larger than the left-for the mains.

O.K. 1 size larger. Kool that helps. I notice not alot of people when they jet use the .5 jets. The half sizes. You know if any particular reason? By the way thank you.

wait up. I dont think that we're on the same level. When I said 1 size bigger I meant like from a 145 to a 150. my buddy has those half size .5 jets your talking about, to me they're a waste of time. but I guess for fine tuning. I'll pm you something that might help!

the size numbers on the jets will also depend on what brand of jets that you have, so check into that.

O.K. so don't really use the half sizes? If I use 155 on one side use 160 on the other not 157.5. I got ya bud.
