You could have busted something inside your CDI and thats why it wont start. Id try a new CDI.

Before you run out and try a new CDI make sure every connection is tight agian, battery cables, etc. You said it turns over, right? Just won't start? Do you have a tether cord on it, and if so did the ground come undone? Check all those little wires under the front plastics. I don't think a CDI is the problem unless it was damaged and got wet. Good luck!

Usually the cdi box can handle much worse than that. I wouldnt suspect it first.
How are you checking for spark? Did you pull the plug out, reattach it to the wire, ground the body of the plug to the head, and spin over the motor?
Sounds like it drove for awhile before it died (came off a jump and then was turning around). Sounds more like a fuel problem to me. Float got jammed closed, or out of gas.

I also posted over here but this is my $.02

We too have a sparkless Raptor but I have a feeling yours is not the 80 but I'll share our continuous problem just in case you may have the same thing happening. There is one wire that is soldered on the left coil in the stator that keeps breaking loose at least once a season. (Our riding season goes from about Oct to April) As of now, I've talked to a couple different Yamaha service guys and Rickey Stator here in California about this problem and no one can give me an explanation. My son rides the you know what out of this bike, and we are going crazy with this....

So, all I can share is that if you have a multimeter, you can narrow the spark problem down pretty close as we did. The service guy did say that the most common problem starts with the CDI but you can't check that with a multimeter.

Good luck and sorry I couldn't be more help.
