Well the very first changes I am going to do is new tires and rims on the shee. I hear the stockers are pathetic and newer/better tires would be nice.

Now a couple of Q"s

I am going to buy some sand tires as well for Little Sahara in Oklahoma. I am planning on buying Skate Trak Edges but unsure of a size, maybe the 20's or 22's, and the rims are going to be douglas but what size? On the motorman site
they show this (pasted)= 9" 4 ON 130.190 RIM - Red
Label. Now I am at a lost on what size rim to buy. Another note...what do the front sand tires provide? do I really need them as well?

For my regular riding I am planning on either the Bandit rears or ITP XCT 20's and put them on stock rim or buy another set of rims as well and put ITP XCT 22's?

I gotta tell ya, this is an exspensive hobbie but I live it, love it!

Thanks

I have rear 22" bearclaws and they really work fine. Keep the air, no puncture yet, work fine in mud (it's not a 4x4, it's not a 4x4...). MY rims are stock, and seem tough.

Well Jiga how are you liking the new Shee? Here's my .02 worth. I run 20-10-10 Haulers with 8 paddles. The ones you are talking about are good too, good for sliding around. The front tires, not a necessity but they sure are nice. You want to hang around a corner in the sand and not push over the edge they are great. We went to LS this past weekend. Had a friend riding with us, I made the corner, he hit a tree. They're a luxury. The dirt tires, i've been running Bandits in the front and shredders in the back. I think 21-7-10 in front and 20-11-10 in the back. Trying for the extra tire for more traction. Unless you plan on doing some high flying at the dunes .125 rims or even .160 rims are fine. My dad flys with the .125 and hasn't bent one yet up there. Later.

LOL Zoro,
Not a 4x4 not a 4x4, hehe.

Thanks for the info Jenn. Did ya get my email I send earlier?

Well I did some searching here and there on sand tires and dirt tires, looks like I will be buying 2 rear sets of rims and 2 sets of rear tires, sand and dirt, and maybe the front sand tires as well. Will most likely get the sand tires and rims first cause I GOTTA GO TO LS!

Jenn send me a reply or an email if you didnt get it,

Lates
